Hey Friends, if you haven’t heard the heavy news yet, our founding partner Chris Devoe is battling stage 3 cancer and began treatment a few weeks ago. To raise funds for the mounting medical bills, we’re having a BENEFIT PARTY this Monday, August 11th from 6 — 11p. If you’ve been in the Atlanta music scene for any time, you’ve no doubt crossed paths with Devoe, and have seen what a kind and talented human he is. He and Roberto Lange of Helado Negro go waaay back, so Roberto is coming in to do a DJ set for him. We’ll also have some southern home cooking by How Crispy and our kitchen crew, along with our full drink menu with specials. It’s a rough road ahead, but let’s make the best of it and enjoy the company of friends on this eve (that’s all that matters). 💛
